The North Litchfield Phase II project for replacement of water lines has begun (Feb 17, 2026). Quick project Summary: The contractor will be installing approximately 9,700 LF of 6” and 2” PVC water lines, along with the installation/replacement of approximately 139 taps and 181 meter sets serving customers along Lakeshore Drive, Eutaw Lane, Parker Drive, and other immediate area roads in the North Litchfield community of Pawleys Island, SC. The work will also include 12 fire hydrant replacements, 1 post hydrant installation, and line abandonment with flowable fill.

The Litchfield Beaches Property Owners Association (LBPOA) is a non-profit South Carolina corporation (501-C4), organized more than 50 years ago to provide an organizational framework for the owners/residents of the Litchfield Beach and North Litchfield Beach neighborhoods in Pawleys Island, South Carolina.
We have 850 members working together to enhance the beauty and quality of life in this very special place where we live together. LBPOA is focused on building a sense of community among our residents, owners and visitors.
We work together to protect the beauty of the beaches, beach accesses, walkways and our neighborhoods.
LBPOA is managed by a volunteer Board of Directors elected by the General Membership. Membership is voluntary, open to any property owner/resident of the Litchfield Community.
